Football is like no other sports. The enjoyment of football is found nowhere. It’s a compact sport which is generally completed within 90 minutes.

It’s a game of two teams of eleven players each. It is played using a rubber ball. There are two goalposts in two ends of the field. Both the team tries to put the football in the opposite side’s goalpost. This phenomenon is called A GOAL. At the end of 90 minutes, the team which has a greater number of goals becomes the winner. There are two halves in the game, each of forty-five minutes, with a fifteen-minute break between the two halves. Players are allowed to touch the ball with all parts of the body except hands.

There are generally four or six referees in a professional football match. Fédération Internationale de Football Association (FIFA), is the governing body of Football.
